Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever. Spent one and a half hour on the phone a month ago to cancel my internet subscription because the facture almost doubled.

I immediately sent back the router and got the confirmation email.

One month later, I get a 110$ bill because apparently "I went back to the store to reopen my account". Don't even know where the store is, and don't even own their router. They know that. But they are okay with reopening previous clients accounts, making them pay for no service provided.

I spent again one hour on the phone trying to get refunded (because they owed me 60$ from the month before as well, that they promised me) for THEIR mistake, but they played dumb, trying to sell some TV subscription instead. Would never recommend their overpriced services and the mess it was to get it cancelled.

Change how can access my account

This is my account and I want only me to be able to access or make any changes, I wanted to suspend service to two different lines because I dont live there anymore and I couldnt naw I have a stupid hi bill because they rang up so much long distance and data so naw Im stuck with a hi bill because I had to wait too suspend there services

Preferred solution: A 24hr help line for everything bell mobile tech and services plus I still don’t have my six months of free Apple Music, Apple TV and streaming plus I asked for apple care and accident forgiveness and it was never put on my cells

User's recommendation: Stay away because if you have problems with billing extra you can not get help or fix anything tell there 7 to 7 for how much we all pay at least there could be a 24hr help call desk for anything bell

They are stealing from Canadians

I have a Bell account for the mere reason of their monopoly. As a customer dealing with exploitive corporations, Bell wastes my time and gives the poorest service of all. Website is needlessly complicated and gear towards gouging consumers as much as possible. A disgusting company.

Logging into bell

I have written maybe 2 reviews in my whole life for anything, but i had to for Bell. The worst cell phone service I've ever had, also the worst customer service.

I've used almost every cell phone carrier in Canada over the years.

With bell, I get poor reception and dropped calls all the time in different areas.

What bell does that I haven't noticed any other carrier do in recent years is they drop their band for VoLte to an LTE band that doesn't have the same capabilities and signal as better bands. The speed is not the issue usually as calls don't take up much bandwidth. But when they limit the band to being a specific band for calls, then if that band doesn't have good signal then you're out of luck.

They have got me to replace my sim card 5 times, factory reset my phone 6 times, other resets like network settings etc maybe 20 times and I bought a whole new phone a few months ago to try and see if it would help. I've called them 15-25 times over the past 8 months, and I called them today and they said there is no record of me ever calling them.

They said I need to go and get another sim card, a this is the standard first step for an issue they haven't been made aware of. I pointed out that this is basically what I'm told ever time and said that even though they don't have notes for my previous calls, they could check how many times I've changed my sim card, and so they said they will send a ticket to the technical department to investigate the issue and get back to me within 7 days. This is maybe the 10th time they've done this, and each time they call back they ask me to repeat the steps of sim card replacement or resetting phone or certain settings. If I don't comply with each step every time, they say that it's my fault for not following through completely.

If I do comply, historically speaking, after 4 weeks and many many hours of doing what they ask, they end up saying that it must be a unique case and they will check the towers in the locations I get the repeated loss of service and will take care of it. Until I call back again...

From what ive seen they go cheap on services, tweak their systems for no good reason to give lower bandwidth, ignore and redirect customer concerns, have rude and incompetent staff, and I assume they take the savings they have with all those and make good ads to get more people into 2 year contracts.

My entire family hates their service, but in my case I need to use my phone all day for work and need to sign up to another carrier now and pay for two lines.

I would give a zero for customer service if it was available. NONE of the numbers listed for access from the U.S. work. Get a message saying that number is not reachable from your location.

None of the numbers, that it stated on the website, were available for customer service from the U.S.worked. All calls resulted in a message stating."this service is not available from your location". NOT impressed.

Preferred solution: Correct this issue with access from the U.S. After all, we are neighbours and I can't be the only Canadian that has had this problem!

Can not get billing issue resovled after months

bell keep taking payment from my account even though its cancelled I have called every month since it started, Every time they tell me it the last time. Next couple weeks later payment is withdrawn. Contract was cancelled Set 5. internet was canceled one month later Oct 10. I am still being billed. When I called this time I was hung up on.
